RETURN POLICY:

We know you’re going to love your new bracelet, but if you do need to return anything, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your items. Just shoot us an email & we’ll gladly take care of you. Sorry, no exchanges, only refunds!

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must be un-used, in its original packaging.

Did you purchase from one of our retail partners? Please work with the retailer you purchased from for assistance, as their policies are different from ours. We do not accept exchanges or returns from our retail partners. Sorry!

REFUND POLICY:

Make sure we receive your item(s) back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Just a heads up, you are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and will be charged a return & a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive your item(s), it takes about 3-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.

If your items do not arrive in perfect condition, please reach out to support@tongasllc.com within 14 days so we can assist you!

CANCEL ORDER:

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel. Reach out as soon as possible, as we process orders in 1-2 business days & if your order has already entered the shipping process, we are unable to cancel it. You do still have the option to go through a refund (phew!) or gift it to a friend (they’ll love it!).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery can vary and take about 8-15 days for United States after your order has been processed. These items ship via USPS and all have tracking numbers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
